I ordered two things, but only one of them showed up in the mail! Is this normal?

Currently, Art House ships all items separately. For example, say you ordered a Sketchbook Project T-shirt as well as a sketchbook. The sketchbook may arrive before or after the T-shirt as they are mailed separately. You should receive a confirmation email for each item in your order when it is shipped.

Don't worry if everything doesn't show up at once! It's completely normal, and the rest of your order will show up shortly!
