   It looks like we haven't received your book yet : (

   Did you possibly get a tracking number for your package? If so please let me know so I can talk to our local postal service and try to track it down. The mail's been really slow lately, so hopefully it's just taking a little while.

   Hi Claire!

   I just found your book! It was with the few books that didn't have barcode labels and we couldn't identify them! We got your note, but it only said Claire, and there were a bunch of Claires in the project! I'm going to get it cataloged and added to the library now, so it should travel with us on the rest of the tour!

    just wondered if my sketchbook is part of any tour, or library, or is it still not encoded? when do you expect having the books scanned?

    I havent received any notification about my sketchbook arriving in Brooklyn. Since in our village the post office official is notoriously inefficient, I would like to make sure that she did not mishandled the book again!

    Hi Anat,

    Thanks for your note. When we receive your sketchbook and log it into the system, you'll receive an email letting you know that we've got it! If you haven't received an email like this yet, then we haven't received your book yet.

    By any change did you sign up your art house account with an email address that you don't usually check? If this is the case, you may have missed the confirmation email we'd have sent out, if we've received your book.

    IN any case, I hope that it turns up soon! Let me know if I can be of any further assistance.
