The 4 x 6 Exchange: Please include a SASE with your 4 x 6 art submission. If you live outside of the United States and are wondering about postage, there are a couple options:

NOTE: If you're 2012 sketchbook has already been digitized and you feel there is an issue that needs to be corrected, please start a discussion with our support staff (including as much detail as possible), and the issue will be noted on our digitizer's to-do fix list. Please know, however, that 2012 fixes will not happen until the rest of the 2012 books are scanned in for the first time, which will take a few months. We promise to work through the books as quickly as possible, and thank you for your patience!
And we are especially excited for the Sketchbook Project Limited Edition. The SUBMISSION DEADLINE for the LIMITED EDITION Sketchbook Project is April 30, 2012.

HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR THEME for the Limited Edition Sketchbook Project:
If you decided to choose your theme later when signing up for the project, here's how to do it! Log in to your user account, then click on EDIT ACCOUNT at the top of the page. Once there, you'll see an option to manage projects on the left. After you click on that, you'll see all the projects you've participated in. Click on your Limited Edition project, and fields will open up where you can choose your theme, add an artist bio, and more!
Information about UPLOADING ARTWORK & artist portfolios:You are able to upload self-scanned images of your Sketchbooks & other Art House projects through your user page on our site, by clicking the "Artwork" tab.
Non-project work is no longer able to be added to your page, as we are in the process of phasing out this aspect of the site. We want to showcase project work exclusively, and focus on that which brings us to together as a community! If you have artwork currently uploaded to your artist profile, you may want to find a new home for it as all non-project artwork will be deleted from the site in spring 2012.
DIGITIZING:
99% of the 2011 digitized Sketchbooks have been added to the Digital Library! We're uploading the Fiction Project books now.
Didn't order digitizing in the past? We now offer digitizing for past projects including, Sketchbook Project 2010, 2011, & 2012, as well as the Fiction Project 2010 and 2011. Make sure you're logged in on the site, and click the link below to become a part of the digital library:

Please Note: If you submitted a book with pop ups or a book that folds out or you ordered digitization late, there may be a slight delay in the digitization of your book! Our book scanner is made for flat books but we're in the process of shooting the 3D books now.
